Who we are
Maximize is a marketing and business-services company based in Lehi, Utah and serving clients nationwide. We provide website and marketing services (Maximize Marketing), call and texting services (Maximize Calls), payment services (Maximize Payments), and ongoing maintenance (Maximize Maintenance) to owner-operated home-service businesses and other local businesses.
This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is organized by who you are to us, because we touch information in three different roles:
Clients — businesses that use Maximize services.
Customers of our Clients — homeowners and other consumers who contact or buy from those businesses.
Visitors — anyone who visits trymaximize.com.
Privacy for Clients
What we collect. Business and contact information you give us (business name, your name, email, phone number, service address); the documents you send us for a statement review, including processing statements; billing information needed to charge for services; and communications with us (calls, texts, emails, and form submissions).
How we use it. To provide and support the services, prepare your statement review and side-by-side comparison, bill you, respond to your requests, and — only if you've opted in — send occasional tips and updates by email. You can opt out of those emails at any time.
How we share it. With the service providers who help us deliver the services — for example, our payment processing partner, our communications and CRM platform providers (including HubSpot), and website hosting. They receive only what they need to do their work. We do not sell your information. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
Privacy for Customers of our Clients
When a business uses Maximize Calls, Payments, or Marketing, we process information about that business's customers on the business's behalf — for example, your name and phone number when you call or text the business, booking details, review invitations, and payment confirmations.
The business you hired is the one that controls this information and decides how it is used. We use it only to operate the services for that business (for example, texting you back when your call is missed, sending a payment link the business requested, or confirming an appointment).
Your choices. To stop text messages from a business we support, reply STOP to any message. To ask what information a business holds about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact the business directly — and if you need help reaching them, contact us and we'll pass your request along.
Privacy for Visitors
What we collect. Information you submit through forms on this site (name, email, phone, and your message); and standard site data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it. To respond to your inquiry, operate and improve the site, understand which content is useful, and measure our marketing. We do not sell visitor information.
Cookies. We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function and, where enabled, analytics cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.
Text messaging (SMS) — the commitment that applies everywhere above
No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.
Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or limit certain uses. To make a request, email us at the address below. We respond to requests from Clients directly; requests about a Client's customer data will be coordinated with that Client, who controls the data.
Children
Our services and this site are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or communicated to Clients directly.
